Each session follows my integrative method
where breath, energ, body-work and intuitive channeling move together.

This session is based on my integrative method

This is not just about the session itself.

based on what came up.

This includes:

• a short summary of what we worked with

• what your body was holding or responding to

• simple, practical steps to support the process in your daily life.

This  also includes guidance around

nutrition, lifestyle and how to support your system outside the session.

Deep Work Process

A single session can bring clarity and movement.


But what has been held for years

needs time to fully release and reorganise.


After the first session, we define the direction of the process – based on what your system shows

and what is ready to shift.

Each session builds on the previous one.


This allows:

• deeper access to underlying patterns

• gradual release without overwhelming the system

• proper integration between sessions

• a more stable and lasting shift


This is a structured process – not just a series of sessions.

GROUP ENERGY EXPERIENCE

A 3-hour immersive group session designed to work directly with the body, nervous system and energy.

This is not just relaxation.

This is where the body begins to release, activate and reorganise.


We move through a carefully guided process combining:

deep release breathwork

– energy work & nervous system regulation

– kundalini activation

– guided integration

Each part builds on the next – allowing the body to open safely and gradually.
